I handed the accountant everything I had accumulated over my first 12 months of trading and was told to wait for a letter in the post. Letter arrived and it turned out they had logged all my expenses in the same tax year. When I highlighted the error they refused to change it, essentially charging me the best part of 200 for what amounts to a fraudulent tax return. Make of that experience what you will but I don't be using them again!
