It is not much of an airport now due to blackpool borough corporation & balfour beatty. What a let down both these places are blackpool borough council are supposed to be supporting tourism yet let the place be sold to a construction company oh look at that the arrivals & departure lounge got demolished for a new construction project maybe Eric Wright construction should have bought it at least they stick with the hospitals they're building & rebuilding.
The planes and food good over there
Was a great airport to fly out of, but unfortunately there are no international flights out of there at the moment. There are still good general aviation facilities available through Hanger 3. Well worth a visit if you are a private aviator and fancy a day or weekend at the seaside .
