My niece had a party here. And it was terrible, the service was disgusting, there was no party atmosphere. When it came time for the children to eat one young girl had a sharp object pierce through the seat and cut her knee, when addressing the manager about the poor service his reply was "yes you've booked the party package but it's your responsibility to provide entertainment" they also never acknowledged a child had been injured due to faulty facilities, it litturally took one of the parents to kick up a fuss about her daughter being injured before they provided a first aid kit. The manager even turned and said he would not talk to us and was very rude.
Absolutely minging.. feel like you need a shower when you leave... I used to go 20 years ago and don't think it's been touched since.. shoes actually fell apart
The place is real nice. Family oriented and fun. Would definitely recommend
The location is perhaps a little off putting, not Blackpool we love it. The place is nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Well priced. We enjoyed our time here.
The manager refused to serve me a drink because and I quote "he didn't like the look of me" members of my party told him how disgusting this was and he because extremely abusive and rude" my friends had to go to the bar to get my drinks for me..looking at other reviews it is clear I'm one of many who have experienced this. The ladies however were lovely.
