National Express normally excellent however frienbly staff but very dirty around seating area had not been cleaned this is not the norm

16 YEAR old daughter coming back from Blackpool -Filey booked on National express coach at 12.35 . She got to the coach station around 10.15 (checked out of hotel at 10am) A coach arrived (not National express), no tannoy system in operation, the driver didn't call or make any attempt to make it clear that this coach was in place of the National express coach. They left 6 x 16 year olds stranded in Blackpool and when our booking agent contacted them they said that she could wait until 6.20pm but would have to find her own way home from Leeds to Filey at 9.20pm or book into a hotel (at our expense) and get a coach home the following day !!!! Absolutely shocking !!!!!!
Very convenient bus service all the way through to London with limited stops via Preston / Birmingham / Milton Keynes / and London Victoria
