Good food. Nice staff
This was my favourite " chippy" in Blackpool for about 20 years, and thats saying something as there are an awful lot of chippies in this town. My visit this week was disappointing. Maybe they have changed the cooking fat/ oil ? Food tasted different. I ate " in" on this visit. The portion was a bit small and the tables needed a wipe. Friendly staff. But for reasons I cannot explain it was just not as good as it used to be. Did I visit on an " off,-day"?Updated:-Gave them a second chance about 3 months later. Bought take away from the serving hatch on the pavement. Chips tasted horrible- put them in a bin.whatever fat they are now frying in is different than it used to be. So they got it wrong and I gave them a second chance -so no longer on my favourite Chippies list. Plenty of alternative options in Blackpool !
Had smaller portion which was just enough for me . Nice fish and lovely crispy chips . Quick service. Clean establishment. Friendly service. Would recommend.
Wasn't a huge fan of the main meals. Gravy was pretty vile. The place also looks like something out of extenders in the 80s, could do with a modernising looks. The cake and ice cream is amazing though
Fabulous breakfast! Friendly staff, clean & comfortable restaurant. Wide aisles make it easier for children's buggies & wheelchairs. . Excellent accessible toilets too.
