Absolutely useless, every repair they have done has had to be taken back to them, on our BMW X5, and our Rover 75. The latest thing is they did my head gasket on my 1.8 R75, car still losing water through the head, i reckon the head bolts arent torqued down properly, so am getting some one else to recheck the work they have done, i have lost total faith in this garage so i refuse to return the car to them, i have just found the bolts to the cam cover weren't torqued up at all, i could remove them by hand with a socket, never again, go here at your cars peril.
Problems with DPF, Carried out diagnostics, regenerated DPF via their computer and diagnostics system, a few weeks later DPF fault returned, charged for another diagnostic and told me its DPF again with a different fault. Not sure why the diagnostics didn't show faults when they first checked the car. I wont be taking the (BMW X5 3.0d ) car back to them.

Had a Mini Cooper recovered to them (I'd spend 950 there the previous month) and was told it would need a replacement head gasket and quoted 1100.Thinking this was steep I called around, even Mini direct only quoted me 650. I recovered the car and took it to a local garage, nothing wrong with the head gasket, was a cracked coolant tank and split hose.Job done and an oil change & filter for 125.Am therefore having the work carried out for the 950 bill looked into and checked.
Excellent. I had recently purchased my BMW when a fault developed in the reversing sensor. I called at short notice as I was about to go away on business.
