My son went into this shop and was buying an energy drink he is 19 one of the young staff in there called Charlotte refused to sell him the drink because he didn't have adequate identification he doesn't drive but he did show her his student ID his birth certificate and his bank card then she tells him he has to be 25 to buy a energy drink which I know is wrong what is wrong with this shop my sons here for his nans funeral and this is how he is treated I have seen her do this before she needs training in how to serve customers my son is fuming now these proofs he should her should of been enough he goes into pubs and clubs and has only been asked once it's an energy drink for gods sake not alcohol I can understand if that had been the case gonna put a formal complaint in her attitude stinks .
