No ZERO star available. Legal Aids gone now so for those unfortunate people out there to face it alone, in my opinion youve not got a chance! My experience showed legal representatives have more stage time, scare you by thinking "you maybe liable" for half the opponents court costs, and dont even discuss your concerns raised several times. Then pressurised you for a answer like a vulture to a body. They even pressure you by saying "that offer may not be available next time"! I am going to seek advice if this was actually classed as "pressure especially when they knew I was in a vulnerable state knowing my dad died seven days before". This, i feel is like preying on the vulnerable. Please dont get me wrong the judge was very vocal, responsive, however, I felt being pressured in such vulnerable circumstances may be in question. Thought the COURTS WERE SUPPOSED to be fair on matters. Hmmmm I have had first hand observation on this, lets say the under-dog in my view never comes out on top. I feel, people may stick to 'a' certain class of person to win in such matters. My view, my opinion, my observation. Please write to your M.P. or Judicial Conduct Investigation if you are not happy. You have a right as an individual.
