Not happy, took a present back with receipt. Price 14. No M&S near me anymore closed down, so I called M&S to ask if I could have extra time to get to town to nearest store in Blackpool, but also mentioned that there's a store that sells PJ's near work. BVH said they are a franchise and could only accept their PJ's. So went to Blackpool a few days later, would only offer sale price take it or leave it. 6 my daughter excepted this for her gift, but the managers service was not a pleasant experience.
Fairly small store , typical of most M&S stores . Sale was on so we bought quite a few packs of undies etc. You can't ever have too many !!
Lots of sale items on offer today, of summer stock. Autumn stock on display and looks good. Plenty of space between the rails and not overcrowded. Lovely store on three levels with an excellent food department.
