My Husband ordered a beautiful bouquet online for our wedding anniversary, and when they arrived the bouquet was nothing at all like shown on the website it was in fact a bunch of cheap flowers with diamants stuck on them , they replied a day later to to my complaint to say that they would add some more roses if il liked, but it was too late they had already sent me the cheap bouquet and couldnt add the roses for a another 2 days anyway, I cant honestly believe that Willows is justifying the flowers they sent as acceptable to what is shown online definitely will not use them ever again!!!

I ordered 6 pink roses a week before my friends funeral. They were her favourite flowers. I paid 30 for them with foilage . I collected them half an hour before the service. This lady was a special person whom had a buisiness on Anchorsholme lane for years. I chose the picture of the arrangement i waa expecting from a " book " put under my nose. I was disgusted to say the least. The roses looked days old and wilted. The foilage was limp and the ribbon was taky. Then the assistant wrapped brown paper around the stems! What could I say ?. I was placing my flowers on her coffin just half hr later. Unproffesional and I was embarrased to take them as well as angry. Very dissapointed
