After spending a lot of money on a table we are very disappointed with Paul James. First We arranged a time for our table to arrive and they was late, no apology or anything secondly the table was imperfect so we rang to see if we could exchange for a new one, I then had to wait a further more few days for someone to come and look at the fault on the table and once they had spotted it still no apology. I then had to wait a further week for my replacement to come and I was given no date or time I had to keep ringing to find out if it was in stock. Finally my replacement came arranged a time for 4.30pm and yet again they were late. Will not be buying with these again will take my business elsewhere, im just glad I only bought the table with them and not the chairs!
