This review is of DW as a compamy and not just this specific gym. If you are thinking of signing up with them be warned! They are scammers, they are rude, they have to morals, no customer service to speak off, no ethics and they completely disregard consumer rights. Their contracts are illegal and in breach of consumer rights act. Yet they try to enforce them by harassing people and instructing debt collectors. My review is not the only one to say this, so this is a wide spread practice for them. If you think of signing up with them - don't! You will live to regret it when they won't let you cancel and harras you 3 years down the line. If you already signed up and want to cancel, report them to Citizen Advice Bureu. They will report then to trading standards. The more reports they get, the sooner they will act.
Good equipment and layout, clean and kept fresh - members aren't too friendly and often get in the way nor the staff here either recently now that Andy the PT has left and a few other friendly faces. If you're after a nice place to train you're best off else where

Me and my wife are members took our kids swimming. I got a float from the side to have Lisa fairhurst the swimming coach scream how this is the second time people have stole her floats, my little lad dropped the float with fear and refused to get out of the water as she was stood. there the manager who looks like a 14 year old clearly didn't know what to do or say. Memberships stopped we will go to a child friendly gym. Shame cant give 0 stars
