Great place and good location.
Money be better spent in Blackpool by overhauling the council in all departments. Getting phones answered. Teaching manners to employees when the tenants ring for advice or problems. And properly dealing with issues. Stopping begging in the area. Sick of going in to Blackpool town centre constently pestered by so called homeless. It should be turned into a no begging zone.
How many times can you close roads down in season, what happened to all of the public conviences of yesteryear? I thought Blackpool was about tourism, you seem to be letting us down.
They don't answer the phone, they don't contact you when they say they will & they are not fit for purpose..
Blackpool council, like most councils up and down the land they are govern by rule's and regulations they are responsible for things like "housing benefits" council tax " housing rents " and so many other things to long to mention, there is a lot of fine people that work there, but they same to get a lot of things wrong, because there is so much that goes on in life that they have lost track of who they are, and what they do, " and all people want is to make things right. They opened Monday 'Tuesday ' Thursday ' Friday 9am till 5 pm and Wednesday 10am till 5pm, remember bank holidays they are closed,
