Arrived here for my daughters 11th Birthday, Family of 4. Lovely welcome from mike and sally as soon as we walked in, carpets were very clean and lovely clean smell. Rooms were immaculate very impressed .... lovely and cosy rooms just like home. Beds were clean and so comfy had a lovely Breakfast was very nice just what we needed. We definitely would recommend this guest house and would definitely stay here again keep up the good work Sally and Mike 5 stars from the Owen Armstrong Family
One overnight stay due to a local concert event, owners Mike and Sally are fabulous hosts, you feel you are being welcomed to their home, not a B&B. Polite, courteous and finely attuned to your needs. This 'home' is clean, nicely decorated.. Even the small details are done to perfection. They care that your stay runs smoothly. The double room facilities were all catered for, enough storage space, and room to move around. The breakfast the next morning was A1, catering for all foodie types. Close to all south shore facilities. You would be hard to find a better B&B. Thanks Mike and Sally we will be staying again.
