The place we stayed was nice but wrong room bad service from the Chinese lady at the hotel but the manager Lee was great he was so polite and understanding but we won't stay there again as we was treated so bad by the Chinese lady very rude and bad customer service but lee was very nice
Terrible! Room full of cobwebs. Very moldy sink. Squeeky doors. Ripped wallpaper. Lumpy bed. No place for a mother and daughter!

As a budget B&B in Blackpool it's as good as any other. Good location, parking for 5 a day and very clean and tidy. Will stay there again!
