Nice enough guys on the day who seemed to work hard but damaged quite a lot - dropped microwave and smashed the corner, scratched full length of antique desk (obviously had something on top and dragged it across), same with antique chair so ripped the material on both arms,plus scratches and nicks on a lot of items. They must have seen some of this damage and certainly knew they dropped the microwave but they said nothing. Contacted them re the damage and agreed they would send 100 to go towards repairs which they sent straight away but the cheque bounced. Contacted them again and after several attempts finally got through and they said theyd send another cheque but unsurprisingly it didnt turn up. Their quote was cheaper than the rest but its not worth the damage. Shame as its lost them business with others we know who are moving and we would have recommended to. Definitely wouldnt recommend them after all this.

Moved home today and been let down by everybody except Clark's. Arrived early worked like Trojans and great pricing. Sofa would not come out of the house but the guys didn't stress. Had a brew and found a way. Terry and Joe were just brilliant, I enjoyed their company and when they told me they were so happy because they loved their work I want to pack my job in and work for Clark's. Thankyou so much for making our move easy and enjoyable, would recommend to anybody requiring removals or storage, you won't do better anywhere!
Terry and Steve are absolutely fantastic! Did all they could to make the day as stress free as possible! They emptied our home quickly and efficiently whilst taking the utmost care of our prozed possession s! And unloaded at the other end quicker than I'd thought would be possible - everything was put just where we wanted. If we ever move again they'll be our first call but my wife says that's never happening!!!!
