I phoned Dave on the basis of a recommendation. Unfortunately my old boiler had completely broken and it was time for a new one....Dave talked me through the process before hand and offered me a range of price margins and along with the price as to what I would get for the money. Dave asked me a few questions in regards to my current heating system. Bathroom set-up and any future works I'll be doing that involve a hot water outlet. e.g showers etc....he put together a plan to ensure the boiler he installed would be capable of handling the capacity of my current system and any requirements that may be needed in future. Dave came to install the new boiler his work was very efficient and thorough. He left the workplace to an exceptional standard and gave me a detailed demonstration of my new boiler. He thoroughly tested the instalation and gave me a detailed explanation of how my boiler would work and improve efficiency. While on site I asked him a number of questions he was more than happy to explain and share his experience with me. All in all a brilliant job with a great attitude to work and high attention to detail as mentioned before vigorously testing and ensuring each component was fully working before leaving my home. highly recommend Palmers heating to anyone !
