Outstanding service. They treat your pets like there own.
They do a fantastic job here, but in such a small area for the waiting room it can get quite crowded. I was very afraid that certain types of dogs didn't have muzzles on and it was those certain types of dogs that showed aggression. I love staffies my brother has always had this breed but unfortunately it was this breed that everytime I have visited has showed aggression. All dogs no matter what breed, when visiting the vets where other animals are should be muzzled.
Great care! Couldn't fault it.. However the vet was quite rude and judgemental. Had to complain to the manager. I wouldn't go back, I'd rather starve and take my cat to my regular vet.
These guys under extreme pressure daily dealing with poorly animals as a team do a great job in an emergency situation, acting promptly with extreme care & consideration for both animal & owner.... The after care & distribution of medication after my dogs intense & very sore ear operation I feel could of been dealt with differently by providing more pain relief initially rather than a week of him in pain & discomfort given the right pain relief aweek later... However a manic environment for animal & owners the team do a great job & show care,support and reassurance to the best of their abilities. Our poor Malamute Sasha was very ill with low blood calcium levels and was suffering bad seizures we tried for a few days moving her between this practice and over night care in Preston. Sadly she had to be put to sleep at only three years old when it was discovered she had a very rare thyroid disorder. The lovely vet let us spend our last moments with Sasha, and she passed away peacefully in our arms. It was heart breaking but the staff were so great and I can't thank them enough for what they done for us.
