This site is brill, very clean and tidy, stone's throw away from Blackpool and the beach, very convenient location, one of our favourite site's for a easy weekend away.....
Good site. Clean and tidy as expected. Traffic noise not bad on some parts of the site. Good for visiting blackpools attractions. Not one for more than a couple of nights.
We stayed Friday and Saturday night on pitch 17, this trip was only our 3rd time away in the caravan, we tried to put the awning up on hardstanding with normal tent pegs...& failed! When we went to the office to ask for help, the wardens couldn't have been more helpful, they explained that we needed rock pegs, which they sold us for 70p each and lent us a lump hammer to knock them in... bingo it worked! The site is very easy to find not far off the motorway, which did mean that there was traffic noise but it didn't disturb us. The site was very clean, tidy and well maintained, the facilities were modern and cleaned daily, the water was always hot and the showers were a good power. There were several service points so you didnt have to walk too far from any pitch, and the kids play park was enclosed and our 2 young boys enjoyed playing in it. We will certainly be going back to this site again and recommend it without doubt.
Nice caravan site some traffic noise but not that bad. No dog walk which is not good as you have to exercise of site and the road is busy. Wish it was open all year will be coming back next year.
I visit here quite often. Lovely site with access to all the areas of interest. Friendly wardens who run a very good efficient site. Very clean amenities
