This campsite has a great location but the 25 per night fee is not justified. The facilities are poor. Dont think they were cleaned at all in the two days we stayed there. Toilet and dishwashing facilities not fit for commercial campsite.Bus stop us not just over the road, it is a good 10-15 minute walk away
We stayed at this beautiful, well kept, little campsite which is in a lovely location last Saturday night (28/7/18) We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets / shower block and the camp owners were a pleasant couple. The only issue we had was with a fellow camper, in a neighbouring pitch, with a campervan who ignored all the camp signs stating dogs must be kept on a leash at all times which led to his staffy legging over to our tent, divebombing it with us inside & ripping a huge hole in the side of it. This cut our trip short as we had heavy rainfall overnight & we awoke very early doors in cold, soggy sleeping bags so we packed up & had left before 8am. I just wish that I'd launched loads of bread for the seagulls on campervan guy's roof as we were passing to rudely awaken the chump as we were.

Lovely quiet adult friendly site. Very peacefull. Shower block was ok only 1 shower and make sure u have 50p pieces to use showers . Would go back. X
A warm welcome. A lovely place to stop off. We are having a lovely time here. Peacefull adults only site and dogs more than welcome. Local bus into Blackpool and a few local friendly pubs with nice food. I'd recommend Shovels about a 15 mins walk away.
