Hired a van for 3 days from Enterprise Blackpool, Thad picked me up, very presentable and personable young man, excellent service. Had an issue whilst away with headlight & didn't get great service from St Albans although finally resolved by a young man there, not the manager, called Mohammed. Returned van this morning to Blackpool as agreed, spoke to Thad regarding the issue and he asked me to relay to his Manager, Dana - what a lovely and great team. Very apologetic and cancelled van hire charge which was unnecessary but very much appreciated.Would absolutely recommend Enterprise Car & Van Hire in Blackpool. Ask for Thad or Dana they are excellent!
Excellent customer service - had to return a car from another branch in the South, as it wasn't really suitable for my needs. luckily there wa one available ready to go, swopped no problem.
Customer Services in enterprise great but if you have a problem they did not care. I was on hold for over one hour still no car after my rent a car broken down. ask to go to Manchester from Blackpool on train that was ok but then to be told that all branches are closed and manchester have no cars. Thank you for letting me down.
Excellent service. Quick efficient and polite. I had to do a late booking and they went out of their way to pick me up and provide car despite the fact they were due to close. Highly recommend
