Not god experience. To rend a car from them you have to show them that you buy it. And if are tourist you can't rend it.
Dreadful experience with this branch. I arrive this morning to pick up my car where my reservation stipulated a pick-up yesterday afternoon...well they gave my car away without even bothering to give me a quick call to confirm that I wouldn't show up. Of course everything was paid for in advance. Thank you Europe car Preston Branch, you are nice and polite to your customers!
