Awfull doctors you cant get an appointment and the doctors when you do dont know what there on about they take you off medicines that you need as they think they know you better than yourself im suprised its still open they never anyone in yet cant book an appointment for months ? Rather wait hours and go walk in center . Avoid this doctors
I use to be at this surgery for 37 years when there were fantastic doctors who cared about your health and feelings. The receptionists are lovely and helpful I've never had any complaints especially julie shes a lovely helpful lady. Unfortunately the best doctor has gone. So have I. Such a shame.
Awful surgery. I have been with them for 41 years and I was one of the best. But now it's gone down hill dr maharaj is awful his attitude stinks and the reception staff are really rude . So I have decided to take the whole family to another surgery . I shouldnt have to take my babys to the walk in centre when there poorly waiting there for hours it's a joke.
Very curt receptionists. Not helpful in anyway. Good luck getting an appointment without phoning in the morning...
One star in my opinion is one star too many, if I could give a minus for the way I've been spoken to by the newer Receptionists I would do. Ladies & I use that term very loosely you could take a leaf out of the Receptionists Julie & Stephanie book who have been nothing but courteous & professional when I have spoken to them, they are a credit to that Surgery of which I have been a Patient at for over 40 years. The best Doctor is leaving (I don't blame him) & he has provided the best possible care & is a credit to the NHS. The other one, words fail me bedside manner absolutely appalling. Practice Manager perhaps you could arrange some training on how to speak to people for your newer Receptionists?
