#1 in patient care
Can't get an appointment for weeks. To be fair though if u ring up early for emergency you can usually see someone that day
basically a dispencery , youll catch aids if ur there for longer tha n 5 mins might as well go to a pharmacy for ur drugs
The nurses, prescription clerks and receptionists are very friendly and do their job well, the doctors on the other hand are so unsympathetic to my condition, I've had an illness for 18 years and been on strong painkillers for most of that time, they referred me to the pain clinic who were not understanding at all, she put me on a slow release painkiller which did nothing for the pain, we did not get on well and everyone in the practice knew we didn't so she wrote to my GP to not put me on any other painkiller and they won't so I have to suffer on a daily basis with horrific pain. What am I supposed to do now, it's just not fair. I also asked the surgery to help me come off a very addictive drug and they refused to help me. The chemist, wow, be prepared to sit and wait for a good hour to get your prescription.
St Paul's medical center is great except for there in-house chemist they have more staff in back than in front of shop I have at 1 point waited nearly 3/4 Of an hr
