Was made to wait 1.10 hours in a corridor just to be told i've been booked in with the wrong doctor. I could have been told this days earlier, or even when I arrived - but no. What a joke!
Mr Shar my surgeon treated me with great respect..the staff are superb Denise and Kirsty stand out... The food is amazing.. I now have to work hard now to get my knee in good working order. Thank you to all staff on the wards and theatre. Madeleine Shipman
