Mal was extremely knowledgable and kind. He allowed me to volunteer at the shop to ensure to my mum that I was able to own a reptile. I can say that all his animals are given a 5 star service!

Went in to inquire about owning a snake (never owned one) and Mal was very helpful explaining feeding, proper care, cleaning and handling of snakes. I went in the following day to purchase, he spared all the time in the world and didn't pressure me into anything. Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable. I will be back again!
