I visit this shop regularly, the staff are always helpful although it can be hard to get ones attention if you want to collect something, the small animals had some enrichment in their cages which was nice to see.Overall the fish tanks were clean and well maintained and the catfish had hides and wood which was good, theere were some dead fish with in the tanks but that is to be expected in a chain pet store.The adoption section is usually full and the animals within always have enrichment in some form overall it's a good store.
Always impressed with the knowledge of the staff. You can buy pet supplies in various places but when the staff are as well informed as they are, you always know you have got the right answer.
Helpful staff had the tropical fish we wanted and good price too.
Great shop but info I was given about cat medicines is wrong so staff need to be trained before giving advice.
