very happy with the service provided by the young gentleman, he went out of his way to help me with my passport application checked it and sent it off for me and recieved my new one within a week. i was told they are the new owners of the post office wish them all the best keep up the good work
Nasty little post office. Staff in the shop unhelpful. Could not be bothered to open the door even though was obvious that I am on crutches and had a huge parcel under one arm. Counter staff unpleasant and made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience.Go to Norbreck!!Had the miss-fortune of having to go back yesterday to do my road tax. This man was the most obnoxious little person if think I have ever come across.... Will be putting in a formal complaint. What a waste of skin!!
I use Bispham Post Office regularly, and have always found all the staff to be very friendly, helpful and efficient. It's usually Mobin who I see, and he recently took our passport photographs, checked the applications, sent them off and we received our new ones within a week. I always get my currency from there when I'm going on holiday, and these requests are also dealt with very efficiently. Super Post Office. Highly recommended.
