Absolutely diabolical since merging with Stoneyhill. Staff obviously overworked as they dont seem to have time. Cannot, and I mean cannot get through on the phone then have to go to the surgery to make an appointment. They never answer the phone.....absolutely totally unacceptable. Get back to separate surgeries, Harrowside was much much better than this.
Horrendous, my medical records not in the system hard copies not found ,been with the practice 11 months, difficult to get appointments with doctor,Crystal ball needed, let alone with the same one ,only one that was helping has left ???? , can't get through on the phone, its quicker to go in and talk to a receptionist and just hope she's having a better day than you , patient access keeps having faults, parking is a nightmare, trying to find a better practice!!
Stonyhill doctors is excellent. Dr nish is an excellent doctor. Really understanding and compassionate.
