Appointments often take weeks to get on the online system or you have to ring at 8am for an appointment then next day they often are running 30 or more minutes late meaning you are likely to sit waiting for extended periods of time, some doctors there are great others not so much, your experience there is going to be dictated by which doctor you get.It is difficult to get your repeat prescription as you have to go in and make a request most of the time and then they take days to actually fulfill it and even when they have they often don't send it to the right pharmacy making it a major hassel to actually get what you need
Utter shithouses. Incompetent idiots. Can be a two week wait for an appointment. Backwards and forwards for two months with a painful disfiguring skin complaint, spent over 80 on prescriptions for things that didnt work instead of just referring to a dermatologist which when they finally did, means another two month wait for an appointment. As well as my experience they wrongly diagnosed relatives of two friends of mine - one had a bad back which turned out to be severely advanced cancer (then given two weeks to live). The other was complaining of headaches for weeks and kept being told to take painkillers, turned out to be a brain tumour.Dont bother going there.
Been with this surgery just over 2 years. Cant praise it highly enough. Reception staff are really friendly helpful and approachable. They assess your problem and make sure you get to see the best person to help you be it Doctor or nurse. Well done to all the staff.
Receptionist always to busy chatting to ask what's wrong whilst you're stood there for 10-15 mins, half the time the electronic sign in doesn't work. For then to be waiting 30-45 mins to see a doctor or nurse ect. I have now left this surgery after 18 years because this is an often happening
