Owner needs more Customers Services skills
Don't know where these other people giving bad reviews have been, but its certainly not here. Think they're fake reviews from a rival given the guy's really friendly and helpful. We had a good laugh with the guy about having the same first name as me, and he was willing to help us find everything we needed and suggest cheaper / better alternatives.One of the few small DIY stores left out there with a great line of stock. Been to him several times and he's never not had what we've needed.Got some keys cut by him too and they worked better then the original!
Went out of my way to make it there 5 minutes before closing. Got there and it was closed. Silly old man
Thank you for being one of the last small hardware stores. Good stock. Always helpful.Who cares if the guy does not chit-chat. It would be nice if the shop opened for a few hours on a Sunday
