Salesman at the vicarage lane shop was not helpful in anyway. We asked a couple of questions and he answered "no" and stood there. No advice nothing. I felt that he wasn't interested in a sale and it was uncomfortably rude.We went to the tile shop over the road and had an excellent service.It's a shame because previously when it was on Waterloo road the staff were excellent.
