Always quite busy. But the cars, especially the nearly new ones or pre registered are exceptionally great value. We have had 4 cars from them since 2006 and we have always saved at least 5k over book price. They are busy but if you are clear on what you want the service is good. Use the website and dont be affraid to ask questions the sakestaff are very highly motivated but not pushy. We will go back. Ask for Tom.
So yesterday I was working in blackpool near the front (very windy) and when I opened the rear van door on my vauxhall vivaro sptortive bi-turbo "Best van I've owned" the wind caught the door pulling it from my hand, thought nothing of it until I tried to close the door, would not close! The wind had bent the hinge on the rear door (I felt sick). Went to blackpool vauxhall thinking in my head this is going to cost me 2 days wages! Walked in and was greeted by the receptionist (young girl curly hair) what a shining example of a member of staff, polite and very helpful, the receptionist got a technician out to look at my van, and within 5 minutes he fixed the door for me (no cost). The technician had a slight beard youngish lad, again very polite and helpful and very knowledgeable. Once again thankyou so much for you're help, it was much appreciated and I would highly recommend you guys with no hesitation whatsoever and this is down to you two!!!!!! Absolute Stars.... I have had a great reception from all the staff- So Nice- a laugh and and banter with reception- Sales team also good and efficient... I have waited to have a service and 5 ** all round- The team who clean the car after are a credit to the company..... Highly Recommended all round
Replacing a coloured wing mirror cover should be relatively simple. After agreeing to the rather expensive 86 I booked to have it replaced. I took time off work, dropped the car off then was kept waiting over an hour to be advised there was a problem with the colour. I rather suspect the part had not been painted. Now I have to wait for it to be painted and then book in for another visit. Rather disappointed with Arnold Clark.Being quick to voice my opinion when something is not right. I just want to take the opportunity to thank Arnold Clark. You listened to the critique, addressed it and resolved the issue. Well done. I was booked in early this morning. Your team were helpful and courteous and my wing mirror is now restored.To be fair the person I dealt with on the first visit did say they would discount the final repair and you did. Looking forward to doing business with you again. Thank you
