Bought a 2015 Honda Civic, was looked after throughout the whole process by Nathan, who really does offer exceptional service. We did have a few niggles with the car prior to our collection, but Nathan ensured that they were sorted perfectly in time for when we collected the car.I couldn't recommend Blackpool Honda enough, will definitely be back!

I went with my mum to look at a car for her she took one out for a test drive and bought it. The staff are very polite and helpful. They explained everything she needed to know and everything she asked. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.
Phoned yesterday 25.10.18 to book my Honda Africa Twin motorcycle in for service and safety recall work.I was told by a sales person that nobody was available in the service department and was asked to leave my contact details.Nobody phoned me back!!On the 26.10.18 AM rang and followed the automated telephone options (2) my call was answered by a very pleasantgentleman in the admin department, who said that everyone in the service department was busy, but took my contact details and said someone would get back to me todayAt the time on sending this post it is 18.10 and still no one has phoned me back.I will leave this with you to determine if this is good customer service or not.Sorry guys you failed miserably in my book.
