Paul was easy to deal with straight too the point honest person with no messing around. We bought off him 18 months ago and have recently had him back for a valuation and he was proffesional and ontime in doing so. The office were also very helpful and polite on the phone. Thanks Jason & katie.
Phoned the out of hours number to cancel a viewing at the last minute. The out of hours service was very professional. However, we then received a call from an estate agent who wouldve been showing us around the house in question. I might add that the reason for the cancellation is to take our son to hospital after finding out hed been unwell at the child minders. The estate agent was extremely rude to my partner and displayed a total lack of professionalism. Wed had Hunters round to value our house too. The agent showed up late, printed off pictures from last time (we bought it from them) and barely looked round before providing a valuation. He mustve been there for a grand total of about five minutes. We found him to be very arrogant, rude and again, unprofessional.
The guys at Hunter's work tirelessly. I tried a few Blackpool estate agents and knowing what I know now, I wish I had used Hunters from the start. They got me 2 buyers in as many months...cannot recommend them highly enough. Selling a house in Blackpool? It's Hunters all the way!
I had been with a different agent, and was disappointed with their service and changed to Hunters, Highfield Road. I had not realised they were part of a national franchise, and I did get viewings from people moving to Blackpool from various different areas, as well as plenty from people local to the house. I always got feedback without having to chase, and if I needed to ask anything they always took the time to speak to me. Lindsay the sales progressor did an amazing job as completion was not at all straight forward. Not only did they sell my house, they also found me a really good home to move to which will give me just the right amount of work to do! So thank you Paul, Gareth and the team!
