Left move BLACKPOOL central branch I highly recommend anyone interested in selling there property to use them, Wesley gave us a good and fair valuation for our property In the condition it was in. The period our property was on sale for we had various offers and when we got the one their was a delay due to our solicitors however due to the excellent work of Vinnie and Wesley they kept our buyer interested in our property we always got calls from them telling us what's going on with the buyer and the solicitor, we didn't have always call them. They kept contacting us for different properties in our interest and got us an excellent house within our price range. They are well priced and all work to high standard to give you the best possible outcome, efficient and reliable.The whole team in general at the blackpool branch excellent especially Vinnie and Wesley.Thank you Shabaz
I had to give one star to write a review but I really dont want to give them any. After being contacted by Linda from Leftmove to see if we would like to make an offer on a property that we were told was previously under offer, we jumped at the chance after 2 days the offer was accepted and we had applied for our mortgage paid a broker and instructed a solicitor. We were assured by Wesley that no one else was looking at the property and told not to worry that they had not placed it as under offer. With everything in place we were upset to then be contacted by Linda again 3 days later to be told that we hadnt moved quickly enough and someone else had made an offer and they had arranged a mortgage and survey all in the same day so the vendor had accepted their offer instead. The behaviour of this company has been absolutely disgusting, they have harassed us continuously, especially Linda in order to secure a quick sale as two previous buyers had pulled out last minute. I believe they even colluded with their recommended financial advisor to try and get us to increase our original offer. So please use this company with caution as there customer service is non existent we have found them to be very underhanded and only in it for themselves.
Great service, great price! Sold our house in an area where others said we would struggle within 36hrs! Thanks to Wesley for his attention to detail and pushing everything along. Would recommend without reserve.
