Awful customer service. Very nice and helpful to begin with to ensure they get you in the property and quick to take your money. A short while after being in the property and reporting repairs time after time nothing was getting done. Persistent calling still doesnt get you anywhere. Rude staff, placing you on hold abruptly then hanging up on you, always seems to be excuse after excuse. Im left regretting ever taking on this tenancy and looking for somewhere else. Been here only a year (almost) and its been nothing but hard work. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
