This company played games from start to finish. The staff etiquette is terrible. Quite clear to me they lie to both the seller and to the buyer in order to try and get their piece of the pie. One of the worst agents I've had the displeasure to deal with in the high street.
Poor experience all round, I WOULDN'T recommend this company in any way. Over a 12 month period, the staff are inconsistant i.e they are there one day, then walk out the next. They are young, naive and certainly proved incompetent and unprofessional when trying to sell a property i.e all guesswork, no regular posotive feedback, nor recognition of whom they were speaking to. No explanation, nor apology when arranged viewers didn't turn up. The final insult was, being told they wanted me to reduce the price dramatically (15k) because it was taking too long for them to sell or gain any interest. Yet I'd already reduced he price twice before this demand. Bizarrely they were the ones who evaluated it in the first place! A total waste of my time trusting this firm and not to mention an unsettling feeling along the way, that they don't care and they are in it for themselves and no one else. You have been warned.
