If I could give 10 stars I would. Yesterday my car came into the workshop for a service plan service and test. I had booked this a few weeks ago bearing in mind Christmas and New Year holidays. I requested a courtesy car as a convenience. Upon my arrival I was greated with friendliness and courtesy and given a lovely cup of coffee because it was a cold day. There was a small problem with the courtesy car but I was given another which was very nice indeed. Thank you. The jobs were done on time and properly and I actually got a phone call as I was on my way back to say all was good and ready for collection. I have to say that the three ladies on your reception are a credit to themselves and Arnold Clark. I cannot express greater satisfaction than that. If my experience is the norm I would recommend the service package to any customer for a second hand car. Simply brilliant. I might get a feedback email but just in case I am posting this review.
I can not praise this dealership enough. I was told to stay away from Arnold Clark. But, with what I have experienced, I would highly recommend without any hesitation. I bought a Skoda Octavia VRS, needed a little bit of work on the bodywork, discussed with Dan the Sales man, he promised and delivered what had to be done, on the day of collection.The Product Genius chap who took me out on the test drive and showed me all the gadgets, was great. The experience from start to finish was FAB....
Customer service was good when buying the car and previously left a positive review but have had nothing but issues with the car from the day after I got it in March and customer service was absolutely shocking after buying. Car given to us with obvious problems and broken parts Yet got told it underwent service checks before transportation!!! Avoiding phone calls when more problems started to arise. No replies to emails. Shocking service
Picked up my 67 plate A Class Mercedes from this Show Room in July 2018. The service from point of 1st enquiry until after returning home with my new car was 1st Class! Dan & Stewart were so professional, friendly & helpful. Couldnt do enough for me! Would definitely recommend AC & especially this branch to my friends and family. Absolutely love my new car :)!!
