I cannot praise the Service Dept at Lloyd highly enough.My son had a problem with his car 24 hours before having to drive back to Uni for exams. Contacted Lloyd, explained the situation and they just told him to bring it in and they would address the issue, not in 3 weeks but straightaway. He was even provided with a lift home after he dropped the car off.Fixed overnight and son off to Uni with no stress at all.Many thanks to you all for going the extra mile on all fronts.
I work at the dealership next door. A car I had going out needed a recall and it was dealt with quickly as Sam Peak the service adviser asked when I needed it done by. I then mentioned that I have been having problems with my tyre on my personal car, it has a puncture repair done elsewhere but all the lights where still showing. Again it was in and fixed the same day with a full valet and follow up call. Couldn't ask for better service. Sam is very professional and helpful! Thanks again
I tried engaging them several times regarding a service contract on my 54 plate M3. Every time my information was taken but a return call has not been received. Maybe they're good if you're buying or own a newer model but obviously not interested in older cars (likely something to do with technicians not dealing with them them often).I find it unprofessional to not simply communicate their disinterest in providing a service rather than simply paying lip service by taking personal data (which I will be following up on) and then simply deploying ostrich tactics.
Treated very well from initial enquiry to driving out the showroom. Staff are friendly and informative and not pushy, clean and modern showroom which really does make you feel like you're at a premium car dealership. Credit to Neil, didn't plan on buying a car that day but somehow caught me, but I can honestly say I have no regrets buying my 3 series. Didn't try and force anything on me just showed me the facts which I can honestly say if you went to Arnold Clark or Evans Halshaw you would just get fed misleading information. Thanks for the brilliant car, see you in 4 years.
